Dental implants that feel like yours again.
One missing tooth or a full arch. Planned with 3D imaging, placed, and restored in-house by Dr. R.J. Guideng, a Board Certified Dental Implantologist who has taught implant surgery to other dentists since 2015.
What Are Dental Implants?
A dental implant is a small titanium post that takes the place of a missing tooth's root. Placed into the jawbone, it fuses with the bone over a few months to form a stable foundation, then supports a crown, a bridge, or a full arch of fixed teeth on top. Because it is anchored in the bone rather than resting on the gums, an implant holds firm when you eat and speak, and it helps preserve the jaw the way a natural root would.
That is what sets implants apart from dentures and traditional bridges. A denture sits on the gums and can shift; a bridge relies on grinding down the healthy teeth on either side. An implant stands on its own, touching nothing else, which is why it looks, feels, and lasts more like the tooth it replaces. Whether you are missing a single tooth or most of them, there is an implant option to match.

Discuss Your Treatment PlanWhy Choose Restore for Dental Implants
Most clinics place the implant, then send you elsewhere for the parts they don't handle. Restore does the whole thing. Diagnosis, surgery, and the final tooth all happen in one place, with one team accountable from your first scan to the moment you bite down on the finished result.
One team from scan to final tooth, with nothing handed off to an outside office.
Your restoration designed and milled in our own lab, not shipped away and waited on.
Grafting and sinus lifts done in-house, so bone loss rarely means a referral elsewhere.
A board-certified implant dentist who plans and performs your treatment personally.

A single implant with an abutment and crown typically ranges from $3,000 to $5,500. A straightforward zirconia full arch is $17,999 for either the upper or lower arch. More difficult or complex cases, along with any necessary extractions, grafting, or sinus lifts, are priced after your consultation and treatment planning.
The implant itself is designed to be permanent. The crown or bridge on top may need maintenance over many years of normal wear. Good hygiene and regular check-ups make the difference.
Age is rarely the deciding factor. What matters is your general health and how much bone you have, both of which we assess at your first visit. Many implant patients are in their sixties, seventies, and beyond.
Less than most people expect. Placement is performed with appropriate anesthesia, and depending on your needs, health history, and procedure, sedation options may include Oral Sedation, IV Sedation, or General Anesthesia. Soreness usually peaks during the first few days and then improves as healing progresses.
Usually, yes. Bone loss is common and rarely disqualifying. Grafting and sinus lift procedures rebuild the foundation an implant needs, and both are done here rather than referred out. Your scan shows exactly what is needed.
It depends on how many teeth are missing. One tooth needs one implant; several teeth can be replaced with an implant bridge; a full arch can be restored with as few as four. Your scan and plan settle the number.
A traditional bridge relies on grinding down neighboring teeth, and a denture rests on the gums. An implant stands on its own in the jaw, touching no other teeth, and helps preserve the bone underneath.
We work with many dental insurance plans and will help you make the most of the benefits available to you. Our team can verify benefits, estimate what insurance may contribute, submit claims on your behalf, and explain anticipated out-of-pocket costs. Implant coverage varies by plan, and insurance may contribute toward portions of treatment such as extractions, bone grafting, or other related procedures. Any remaining balance can often be combined with flexible financing options.
