An implant bridge that spares the teeth still standing.
Several missing teeth in a row, carried by their own implants rather than by grinding down the healthy teeth on either end. Designed and milled under one roof.
What Is an Implant Bridge?
An implant bridge replaces two or more missing teeth in a row. Instead of one implant per tooth, a small number of implants anchor a fixed bridge that spans the gap, giving you a full set of connected teeth on fewer posts. Once healed, the bridge stays in place and does not come out.
This is where an implant bridge differs from a traditional one. A traditional bridge is cemented onto the natural teeth on either side of the gap, which have to be ground down to hold it. An implant bridge stands on its own implants, so your healthy teeth are left untouched and the bone beneath the gap is preserved. Pricing depends on how many teeth are replaced and is confirmed after your consultation and scan.

What an Implant Bridge Will Cost
A real range, not a teaser number. Where you land within it depends on how many teeth are missing and what your scan shows.
$7,500 - $12,000
Typically two implants carrying three or four teeth. Longer spans are quoted individually.
The implant posts, the abutments, and the full bridge across the gap.
The bridge designed and milled in our own digital lab.
A 3D CBCT scan and guided planning before any implant is placed.
An itemized written quote, reviewed with you before anything is scheduled.
One missing tooth is priced differently. See Single Dental Implants, or compare Full-Arch All-on-X if most of the arch is failing.
Why Choose Restore for Implant Bridges
An implant bridge has to fit precisely across a gap and match the teeth on either side. At Restore, the same team plans the implants, places them, and designs the bridge in-house, so the span that ends up in your mouth was measured and made by the people who put it there, not ordered from a lab that never saw you.
One team from scan to final bridge, with nothing handed to an outside office.
Your bridge designed and milled in our own lab for a precise fit across the gap.
The healthy teeth beside the gap left completely untouched.
A board-certified implant dentist who places and restores the bridge personally.

Most implant bridges fall between $7,500 and $12,000, typically two implants carrying three or four teeth. Where you land depends on how many teeth the bridge replaces, how many implants it needs, and whether grafting is involved, so the exact figure is confirmed after your consultation and scan. You leave that visit with an itemized plan.
For many people, yes. A traditional bridge means grinding down the healthy teeth on each side of the gap and rests entirely on them. An implant bridge stands on its own implants, spares those teeth, and protects the bone. The traditional bridge is faster and cheaper; the implant bridge lasts longer and asks nothing of your other teeth.
Fewer than the number of teeth it replaces. A three-tooth gap, for example, can often be spanned by two implants. The exact number depends on the length of the gap and your bone, both confirmed by your scan.
The implants are placed in one appointment, then given a few months to fuse with the bone before the final bridge is fitted. Total time is usually three to six months, most of it healing rather than chair time.
Often, yes. Bone loss across a gap is common and rarely disqualifying. Grafting can rebuild the site if needed, and it is done here rather than referred out. Your scan shows exactly what the site can support.
You are not left with a visible space. A temporary can sit across the gap during the healing months so you can smile and eat normally until the final bridge is fitted.
Brush and clean around it daily, including underneath the span where food can gather, and keep regular check-ups. We show you exactly how to clean beneath the bridge so the gum and bone around the implants stay healthy.
We work with many dental insurance plans and will help you make the most of the benefits available to you. Our team can verify benefits, estimate what insurance may contribute, submit claims on your behalf, and explain anticipated out-of-pocket costs. Coverage varies by plan, and insurance may contribute toward portions of treatment such as extractions, bone grafting, or other related procedures. Any remaining balance can often be combined with flexible financing options.
