Full-arch implants that stay where they are.
A fixed set of teeth on as few as four implants, planned with 3D imaging and milled in our own lab. No plate across your palate, no adhesive, nothing to take out at night.
What Is All-on-X?
All-on-X, also called All-on-4, replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported by as few as four implants. The implants are angled to make the most of the bone you have, so a complete set of teeth becomes possible even where density is limited. Once healed, the bridge is fixed in place and does not come out.
This is what separates All-on-X from a removable denture. A denture rests on the gums, can slip, and covers the roof of the mouth. All-on-X is anchored to the jaw, so it holds firm, leaves your palate free, and helps preserve the bone the way natural roots would. A straightforward zirconia full arch is $17,999 for either the upper or lower arch.

Why Choose Restore for All-on-X
A full arch is the most demanding thing an implant practice does, and it is exactly what Restore is built for. The same team plans the case, performs the surgery, and designs the teeth in-house, so the arch you walk out with was controlled at every step by the people who made it, not assembled by an outside lab that never met you.
One team from scan to final arch, with nothing handed to an outside office.
Your full arch designed and milled in our own lab, not shipped away and waited on.
Grafting and sinus lifts done in-house, so bone loss rarely rules you out.
A board-certified implant dentist who plans and performs the full case personally.

The number refers to how many implants support the arch. Some jaws have enough bone for four; others do better with five or six. We decide from your CBCT scan, not a fixed formula, and explain why your case calls for the number it does.
A straightforward zirconia full arch is $17,999 for either the upper or lower arch. More difficult or complex cases, along with any necessary extractions, grafting, or other procedures, are priced appropriately after your consultation and treatment planning.
In many cases, yes. A fixed set of temporary teeth is placed the same day as surgery, so you do not go home without teeth. Your final arch is fitted after the implants have healed.
Dentures rest on the gums, can slip, and cover the palate. All-on-X is fixed to implants in the jaw. It does not move, needs no adhesive, leaves the roof of your mouth free, and helps preserve the bone.
Often, yes, even after long denture use and some bone loss. Because the implants are angled to use available bone, many people who were told they had too little bone still qualify. A CBCT scan confirms what your jaw can support.
The implants are designed to be permanent. The bridge on top may need maintenance over many years of normal wear. Good hygiene and regular check-ups make the biggest difference to how long everything lasts.
Once healed and fitted with your final arch, most people eat a full range of foods again. During the healing months you keep to a softer diet while the implants integrate under your temporaries.
We work with many dental insurance plans and will help you make the most of the benefits available to you. Our team can verify benefits, estimate what insurance may contribute, submit claims on your behalf, and explain anticipated out-of-pocket costs. Implant coverage varies by plan, and insurance may contribute toward portions of treatment such as extractions, bone grafting, or other related procedures. Any remaining balance can often be combined with flexible financing options.
