A conversation and a scan, not a sales appointment. You leave knowing what your jaw can support and what each option costs.

What to Bring
Nothing is required, but a few things help. If you have had recent x-rays or a treatment plan from another dentist, bring them. A list of your medications and any medical conditions matters too, particularly if sedation may be involved.
Any recent x-rays or scans from another dentist.
A list of your current medications and medical conditions.
Questions you want answered, written down if that helps.
Someone to drive you home, if sedation is planned for a later visit.

Insurance and Financing
At Restore, we work with many dental insurance plans and help you make the most of the benefits available to you. Before treatment begins, our team can verify your benefits, estimate what your insurance may contribute, and review your anticipated out-of-pocket costs. We can also submit claims on your behalf. Financing options may be used for remaining balances when appropriate.
Third-party financing is being finalized ahead of opening.

No. You can book directly. If another dentist has referred you or given you a treatment plan, bring it along.
Usually not. The first visit is for diagnosis and planning. Treatment is scheduled once you have decided and know exactly what it involves.
Bring that opinion with you. Bone loss is common and rarely a dead end. Grafting and sinus lifts are done here, so a scan often shows more options than you were given.
Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary, including the 3D scan and a written treatment plan. You leave knowing what your case needs and what it costs, with no obligation to book anything.
Yes. We work with many dental insurance plans and can verify your benefits, estimate what your plan may contribute, and submit claims on your behalf. Because coverage varies by plan and procedure, we review anticipated out-of-pocket costs with you before treatment. Flexible financing options may also be available for remaining balances.
