A single dental implant that leaves your healthy teeth alone.
One titanium root, one crown, designed and milled in our own lab. No grinding down the healthy teeth on either side, the way a bridge would.
What Is a Single Dental Implant?
A single dental implant replaces one missing tooth from the root up. A small titanium post is placed in the jaw, left to fuse with the bone over a few months, and then topped with a custom crown made to match the teeth around it. The result is one complete tooth that stands entirely on its own.
This is what sets an implant apart from a traditional bridge. A bridge grinds down the healthy teeth on either side of the gap to anchor itself. An implant needs neither, so your remaining teeth are left untouched and the bone beneath the gap is preserved rather than left to shrink. A single implant with an abutment and crown ranges from $3,000 to $5,500.

Why Choose Restore for Single Implants
A single implant is a small procedure, but the details decide whether it blends in or stands out. At Restore, the same team plans the placement, performs the surgery, and designs the crown in-house, so the tooth that ends up in your mouth was controlled at every step by the people who made it.
One team from scan to final crown, with nothing handed to an outside office.
Your crown designed and milled in our own lab for a precise match.
The healthy teeth beside the gap left completely untouched.
A board-certified implant dentist who places and restores the tooth personally.

A single implant with an abutment and crown ranges from $3,000 to $5,500. The exact figure depends on whether the site needs grafting first and which materials are used. You get an itemized quote after your scan.
For most people, yes. A bridge means grinding down the two healthy teeth beside the gap to anchor it. An implant needs neither, stands on its own, and protects the bone underneath. The bridge is faster; the implant lasts longer and asks less of your other teeth.
The post is placed in one short appointment, then given a few months to fuse with the bone before the final crown is fitted. Total time is usually three to six months, most of which is healing rather than chair time.
Less than most people expect. Placement is performed with appropriate anesthesia, and depending on your needs, health history, and procedure, sedation options may include Oral Sedation, IV Sedation, or General Anesthesia. We review the appropriate option with you before treatment.
Often, yes, though a long-empty site may have lost bone and need grafting first. A cone-beam scan shows exactly how much bone is there and whether the site is ready or needs building up.
You are not left with a visible space. A temporary can sit in the gap during the healing months so you can smile and speak normally until the final crown is fitted.
Much like a natural tooth: brush, floss, and keep regular check-ups. The crown cannot decay, but the gum and bone around it still need daily cleaning to stay healthy.
We work with many dental insurance plans and will help you make the most of the benefits available to you. Our team can verify benefits, estimate what insurance may contribute, submit claims on your behalf, and explain anticipated out-of-pocket costs. Coverage varies by plan, and insurance may contribute toward portions of treatment such as extractions, bone grafting, or other related procedures. Any remaining balance can often be combined with flexible financing options.
